JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Duties: Ability to read and write complex SQL queries, the ability to create database objects (tables, views, stored procedures, user-defined functions), and modify existing reporting content. The ability to communicate with corporate executives and managers in order to translate their requests into reports and other business intelligence requested.

Required skills include the following: · Compile requirements and specifications for software projects & reports · Create complex SQL queries and stored procedures · Design, create and test SQL reports using SSRS · Respond to users to troubleshoot and/or improve existing reports · Microsoft SQL Server Database Platform · Microsoft Reporting Services Environments · Business analysis and technical specification documentations. · Working with executives and managers to develop new report requirements, changes to existing reports, and identify reporting errors
Nice to have skills
· C# scripting/programming, willingness to learn · SQL Stored Procedures · SQL Queries · Microsoft SQL tuning, monitoring, and maintenance · Customer service background a plus · Experience working helpdesk a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as primary point-of-contact for assigned accounts
  • Develops and implements strategies for developing business in new accounts/ territory
  • Spearheads new lead generation strategies, and account penetration strategies forcurrent accounts
  • Is responsible for managing proposal development and client presentations and interaction
  • Maintains relationships and open communication with onsite resources in their accounts
  • Proactively finds new ways to build the existing business and grow accounts

  • Masters and maintains detailed knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends

Requirements:

  • Advanced or Sales/Marketing Degree is a Plus

  • Excellent sales and client relationship making skills. Ability to interface with a wide range of individuals
  • Broad technical knowledge about Systems and IT Infrastructure; Application Development and Frameworks; Enterprise Business Suites, Portals and Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing
  • Ability to expand the footprint/ increasing sales in the IT services
  • Confidence in cross-selling experience within medium and large companies with a proven and documented revenue growth success.
  • Track record of expanding existing business by researching and targeting opportunities
  • Progressive account management experience within the information technology field is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing custom Odoo modules, integrating Odoo with third-party systems, and optimizing and maintaining existing Odoo implementations. If you are passionate about technology, have a strong understanding of business processes, and are eager to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Design, customize, and implement Odoo modules and applications to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and functionality of Odoo solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients and end-users.
  • Keep up-to-date with Odoo developments and best practices to continually improve your skills.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Assist in project estimation and planning.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Strong knowledge of the Odoo framework and its various modules.
  • Experience with database management systems, especially PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Previous experience in ERP system implementation and customization.
