OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, OR (B) US $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless One Team US, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflicts principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice. Sections intended to survive termination will continue in effect.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
